If you don’t have dental insurance, you still have an opportunity to save money on your dental care here at Summer Creek Dentistry. When you join our special wellness plan, you get to enjoy a free exam, X-rays, and cleanings. Basically, the plan provides for preventive and periodontal maintenance. Plus, if you need or want other services, you get special discounts, which will vary depending on the service. For a flat annual fee, you don’t have to worry about claims, yearly maximums, and other headaches involved with insurance.
Adult Wellness Plan
- Professional dental cleaning
(2 per year)
- Doctor exam (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays
- One Emergency Exam per year
(if needed)
- 20% off all other dental services
(including cosmetic procedures)
For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease
$300 per year+$99 Lifetime Activation Fee
Perio Wellness Plan
- Perio dental cleaning
(3-4 per year)
- Doctor exam (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays
- One Emergency Exam per year
(if needed)
- 20% off all other dental services (including cosmetic procedures)
For patients in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease
$495 per year+$99 Lifetime Activation Fee
Child Wellness Plan
- Professional dental cleaning
(3-4 per year)
- Doctor exam (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays
- One Emergency Exam per year
(if needed)
- 20% off all other dental services (including cosmetic procedures)
For children 13 and younger
$225 per year+$99 Lifetime Activation Fee
** This is NOT an insurance plan and may not be used in conjunction with insurance, other discount plans, or other any discounts including interest free financing. Each additional family member will receive $20 off the cost of the plan up to 3 members. Plan must be renewed annually.
